  • ½ cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream (plant-based yogurt for vegan option)
  • 3 tablespoons of honey (or agave syrup for a vegan alternative)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Start by washing and shredding the green and red cabbage using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
  • Thinly slice the apple and, if you prefer, leave the skin on for crunch.
  • In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well-blended.
