  • 12 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted water according to package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, 1/2 cup of Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Fill each pasta shell with the chicken mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  • Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Place filled shells seam side up and pour remaining Alfredo sauce over them. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
