12 large jumbo pasta shells
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted water according to package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, 1/2 cup of Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Fill each pasta shell with the chicken mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Place filled shells seam side up and pour remaining Alfredo sauce over them. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
Let it rest for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
