  • 24 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil water in a large pot and salt it. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  • Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each pasta shell with about 2 tablespoons of the chicken and cheese mixture.
  • Spread 1 cup of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer, then pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over them. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbling and slightly browned. Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra browning.
  • Let the dish sit for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
