1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, diced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
4 cups chicken broth
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and sauté until tender (about 5 minutes).
