  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla strips for garnish
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

  • Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and sauté until tender (about 5 minutes).
