4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons of butter, divided
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of chicken broth

1 pound of potatoes, peeled and cubed
½ cup of milk

Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme on both sides.
