  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of ciabatta or sourdough bread
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil for frying

  • Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk with salt and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  • Prepare bowls with flour (mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper) and breadcrumbs.
  • Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then back into buttermilk, then coat with breadcrumbs.
