  • 4 fillets of firm white fish (such as cod, tilapia, or halibut)
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter or olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until you have a thick mixture.
