  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • Matcha powder for dusting

  • Step 1: Begin by brewing 1 cup of matcha tea. Use high-quality matcha powder for the best flavor and let it cool completely before assembly.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture. Stir in the vanilla extract and egg yolks until well combined.
  • Step 3: Dip each ladyfinger quickly in the cooled matcha tea, then layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of your serving dish. Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Step 4: Repeat the same process for the next layer: dip more ladyfingers in matcha and layer them over the first cream layer, topping with the remaining mascarpone cream.
  • Step 5: Cover and refrigerate the Matcha Tiramisu for at least 30 minutes. Before serving, dust the top with a light sprinkle of matcha powder and garnish with edible flowers.
