1 box of vanilla or white cake mix (plus ingredients as per the box)
1 cup of vanilla pudding (instant is fine)
Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the white or vanilla cake mix according to the package instructions and pour it into a greased cake pan. Bake until golden, about 25-30 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes then transfer it to a wire rack. Fully cool the cake (about 30 minutes).
Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions. For homemade whipped cream, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add sugar and vanilla to taste.
In clear dessert cups, layer crumbled cake at the bottom, followed by sliced strawberries, vanilla pudding, and a layer of whipped cream. Repeat until reaching the top, ending with whipped cream.
Top the whipped cream layer with blueberries and garnish with mint leaves.
Chill the trifle cups for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
