  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Gather all your ingredients. Chop vegetables, measure soy sauce, and ensure shrimp is cleaned.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs, scramble, and cook until just set. Transfer to a plate.
