1 pound ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Form meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
Coat the bottom of your slow cooker with BBQ sauce. Place meatballs in a single layer.
Pour remaining BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
Set slow cooker to low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
