Description
Savor the flavors of Brown Sugar Dijon glazed pork tenderloin. This easy, delicious recipe highlights tender meat with a sweet, tangy glaze.
Ingredients
Scale
1.5 pounds of pork tenderloin
1/4 cup of brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of rosemary, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, and rosemary until well combined.
Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Remove the pork from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Reserve the marinade for later. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Five minutes before the pork is done, brush the reserved marinade onto the tenderloin.
Once cooked, let the pork rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions and serve.
