Instructions
Begin by shredding the cabbage and chopping the onion and garlic.
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Then add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
Add the ground meat to the pot, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until it’s browned all over, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
