1.5 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup of olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh basil, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 450°F).
